This is actually one of my favorite types of projects — coating a new car. This is my neighbor’s new Subaru Outback. Fresh off of the lot, pressure wash, apply clay bar, and hand-wash to clean up any remaining surface contaminants. Let dry and apply, polish any rough spots, and ceramic coating. We also applied a stain guard to the seating surfaces and interior carpets. This car lives on a farm so it won’t stay clean, but it will clean up more easily in the future. We can usually turn these around in a day, just keep it out of the water for 24 hours and enjoy the shine.
